Awareness is that ability to step back and fully experience what we are perceiving. To be able to think about it, talk about it, and - if necessary - change our perceptions to bring us more fully into alignment with Love-based energies like appreciation, joy, happiness and inner peace.

Awareness is also the first step of a seven step process I have been using in my own life for more than ten years to create inner peace, health and well being.

It's called "The Heartcompass LifeNavigation System for Creating A Mind With Heart".

In my own life, creating A Mind With Heart has been "the missing piece"; the last piece of the puzzle that has finally allowed me to be in constant contact with my higher self, infinite intelligence, inner guidance - perhaps God?

Now, I'm not saying I'm perfect! Far from it :-) But when I do go off-course, which we humans do on a regular basis, I have access to something that can always bring me back. Always.

I've been using and sharing the LifeNavigation System for just over ten years. It has changed my life and the lives of thousands of others.

But we have entered a new era. I don't know if you can feel it, but there has been a shift in energy on our planet. More and more people are ready to wake up, get fully connected, and finally start listening to the wisdom available from their own Hearts.

It's all over the internet now. I remember when I first started. Almost no one was talking about the Heart. It was all about the Mind.

The Mind is important, of course! But a Mind without Heart is like a ship without a captain. It will get lost most of the time, and not know how to get back on course when it does get lost.
