Physical exercises, like yoga, Qigong (especially Forest Qigong), and Tai Chi can bring about balance in the energy systems of the physical and non-physical body.

Anything that connects Mind to Heart, or Spirit, will create a coherent electromagnetic heart field that surrounds and penetrates the entire body. A coherent heart field opens the energy centers, erasing stress and creating an experience of vitality and well being.
